Domains are sold on a 'first come, first served' basis and time stamps on calls or emails are referred to if two requests come in simultaneously.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or paypal. To ensure your security we can employ an 'escrow' service. The costs of this are paid for by the purchaser. Please contact us for more information.

Full cleared payment must be received before a domain name is transferred to the new owner.

A domain is not declared as 'sold' until the transfer process has been completed. Full payment must be received for a domain within 5 working days of the request to purchase. If funds are not received within 5 working days, the domain will be made available to other purchasers.

Domains are only sold to individuals or businesses in the UK with a verifiable address, contact number and email address. Those wishing to purchase a domain from outside the UK please contact us.

iDoms cannot be held responsible for any delays in registration transfers out of our control. These include ISP's, Nominet and ICANN.

Once the domain transaction has taken place, iDoms takes no responsibility for the use of that domain name.

iDoms supply domain names on the basis that they will not be used for any illegal or immoral purpose. iDoms reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

Prices displayed on this website are kept as up to date as possible, however, sometimes errors are made and the wrong price may be advertised. The price of a domain name can be confirmed by contacting us. iDoms cannot be held responsible for incorrect pricing.

These terms and conditions are not all encompassing. Any contract is made under the law of England and any court proceedings must be in the English courts. Enforcement of a court order may be done in any law or court system that is relevant.
